The new weather system will enter in Sindh causing heavy to very heavy rainfall upto 120 mm in Karachi, the weather department said in a forecast.
Hyderabad, Larkana and other parts of the province will also receive heavy rains, the report said.
The wet spell is expected to continue from Monday to Thursday.
The met office has advised the citizens to observe precautionary measures during the downpour.
Karachi’s civic agencies and teetering infrastructure will face a formidable challenge in case of widespread rainfall as predicted by the weather department.
