Minister hopeful of early patch-up with PTI

ISLAMABAD: Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal has said that it was hoped the issues with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf would be settled soon, ARY News reported Thursday.

If we fight on streets, the enemy will take the mileage, said the minister.

Iqbal said: “We don’t want to put at stake country’s integrity.”

He said we were striving to restore peace. Government regrets the incident of Faisalabad, he added.

He maintained that country needs all political leaders including Imran Khan at this juncture.

He insisted that a war should be waged against terrorism and poverty instead of taking to street agitation.
