Mira did however state that she knew Shahid only as a family friend and their families have known each other since long. The girl studies in Lady Sri Ram College for Women in India and was the center of attention in media when sources claimed she had become engaged to Shahid Kapoor.
The Haider star is yet to respond on the reports that have surfaced but Meera seems to have broken the silence. Though she did not say anything directly as of yet, a classmate of her revealed the true story. Her classmate said, “Mira has clearly said that she isn’t dating or getting married to Shahid Kapoor, who is elder to her by 13 years. She did say, though, that Shahid is a family friend.”
She further added, “Mira is a very private person, who prefers to hang out with a very few friends. She is a rather focused and intelligent girl, who is quite vocal about her opinions.”
Seems like Shahid Kapoor is too old for Mira! Whatever be the case, it seems like the Jab We Met star has still not found the lady of his choice! We wish Shahid Kapoor all the best, though!
