When Indian actor and Bollywood heartthrob Shahid Kapoor finally got hitched to Delhi-based girl Mira Rajput, almost every female Shahid Kapoor fan had a heartbreak. However, if reports from a leading Indian website are to be believed, Mira Rajput did not want to marry Shahid Kapoor in the first place!
Though the two had met at a religious gathering of the group Radha Soami Satsang Beas. Initially, Mira was not in favour of marrying Shahid Kapoor due to the age gap between the two lovebirds; Shahid is 34 years old and Mira is just 21 years old. The 13 year-old age difference between the couple did not seem to go down well with Mira Rajput, however it was her sister who convinced Mira to tie the knot with Shahid.
And the rest, ladies and gentlemen, is history!
