In the pleas, accused Khurram and Naveed, said that neither they were nominated in the Model Town case nor Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) had declared their involvement in the incident.
Government prosecutor, while opposing the bail petitions said CCTV footage of Model Town incident clearly showed the association of the constables Khurram and Naveed in the Model town carnage.
