According to details, the Met department has forecast hot and dry weather for most parts of the country for the next twenty-four hours. However, some cities are likely to receive rainfall amid heavy winds and thunderstorm. These areas include Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar, Mardan, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore, Sargodha, Faisalabad, Quetta, Zhob, FATA, Gilgit Baltistan and Kashmir.
Dusty winds are expected to blow in south Punjab and northern Sindh. Pakistan has been experiencing a warm temperature that seems to be rising as the harsh summer approaches. During the past twenty-four hours, 42°C temperature was recorded in interior Sindh cities of Mirpurkhas, Hyderabad and Dadu.
The highest temperature was recorded in Sibi and Turbat at 47°C, during the past twenty-four hours.
