MQM being pushed towards political isolation: Altaf Hussain

LONDON: Chief of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Altaf Hussain on Saturday said that his party is being pushed towards political isolation, ARY News reports.

Altaf Hussain, speaking exclusively to ARY News, said that his party worker Umair Siddiqui was not arrested during the Rangers raid at his party’s headquarters on Wednesday. He added that Siddiqui was nabbed on 15th February.

“An operation like 1992 has been started against MQM”, Hussain said.

The MQM chief said that the country cannot be established on the basis of lies and deceit.

He also said that his party will not bow down in front of tyranny and will fight back against all oppressors.
