Makhdoom Javed Hashmi was admitted in PIMS after he complained physical exertion during the ongoing Azadi March of PTI in Islamabad.
MQM members inquired about his health on behalf of MQM Chairman Altaf Hussain. The delegation included Dr. Farooq Sattar, Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, Ameen-ul-Haq, Mian Ateeq, Babar Ghouri and Haji Ateeq Abbasi.
Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui expressed his well wishes for the PTI leader and also discussed the overall political situation with him. He also prayed for the recovery of the PTI president.
MQM leader Dr. Farooq Sattar, while talking to media after meeting Javed Hashmi, said that the political standoff between the government and PTI and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) should be resolved via understanding and reconciliation. He stressed that a political solution should be found for solving the political crisis.
