LONDON/KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) London convener Nadeem Nusrat on Saturday called on the dissidents within party to submit their apology letters and join the party chief Altaf Hussain again, ARY News reported.

In a statement released from MQM London, Nusrat said that he appeals all MQM leaders, legislators, office bearers and workers to “correct their mistakes and join the caravan of Altaf Hussain again”.

In August, Farooq Sattar led MQM Pakistan dissociated itself from Altaf’s statements and later altered the party consitution relieving Altaf Hussain from his guidance role in party decisions. The move angered the party’s London chapter which later announced to dissolve the party’s co-ordination committee and all other departments; MQM Pakistan, however, claimed that London’s decisions no longer effect the Pakistan chapter.
