MQM surprised over Rangers' 'inaction' against barricades

LONDON: The Rabita Committee of MQM on Tuesday said that the Rangers neither removed barricades from the city nor it raided the offices of any other political party in Karachi, despite expiry of its 72-hour deadline, ARY News reported.

In a statement of MQM’s coordination Committee London issued here, it said that the Pakistan Rangers (Sindh), after the raid at MQM headquarters Nine Zero and subsequent arrest of several people from there, had announced to ‘remove all barriers across Karachi especially from outside the offices of political parties indiscriminately’.
