MWM parts ways from talks between govt, PAT

ISLAMABAD: Majlis Wahdatul Muslimeen (MWM) has announced to part its ways from the negotiations process between the government and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT), ARY News reported.

The MWM spokesperson told on Friday that none of the MWM officials will take part in negotiations between the government and PAT. It was further stated that the police had arrested nine workers, after which MWM decided to get apart from talks.

The spokesperson said that his party, together with Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) and Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC), will continue to struggle against government’s oppression and unjust policies.

It was added that the decision of getting aside from talks was made in protest of workers’ arrest by the government.
