Nation united, enemy should not have any misunderstanding: DG ISPR

RAWALPINDI: The Pakistan Army on Saturday advised the enemy not to have any misunderstanding and warned of a befitting answer if anyone dare cast an evil eye on Pakistan, ARY News reported.

While talking to media during rehearsal of Defence Day ceremony at GHQ, Rawalpindi, the DG Inter-Services Public Relations, Maj Gen Asim Salim Bajwa felicitated the nation on the Defence Day.

He said the entire nation stands united, while the armed forces are also in high state of morale and vowed to keep defending the Pakistani soil.

On the occasion, the DG ISPR also informed media about tomorrow happenings and the army chief’s address with regard to the Defence Day.

He added that the spirit of 1965 remains kindled today as we move towards a stronger, more stable and prosperous Pakistan.

“September 6 is a day of resilience & unflinching resolve,” Bajwa said. “Our armed forces together with whole nation defeated a much bigger enemy & shattered their dreams”.
