ISLAMABAD: The National Assembly and the Senate will hold their sessions respectively at 10.30 am and 11.00 am in the Parliament House in Islamabad on Friday (today), ARY News reported.
Important issues will come under discussion during the Parliament session today. According to reports the 24th constitutional amendment bill will be tabled in the lower house today.
According to the issued agenda for the session, the article 184(3) would be subjected to the amendment. The new legislation would give the constitutional right to appeal at the larger bench on court orders issued in the suo-moto cases.
Companies Ordinance, 2016 would also be presented in the assembly for approval.
Resolutions condemning terrorist attacks in the country will also be tabled in the National Assembly session as well.
Meanwhile, a session of the Senate will also be held at 11 am today.
It should be noted that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan addressed a joint session of the parliament on Thursday.
