Nisar opposes Pakistan cricket team’s tour to India

ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has said that he will oppose Pakistan cricket team’s tour to India, ARY News reports.

Chaudhry Nisar, speaking to media on Monday, said that the team will not tour India under any circumstances.

It should be noted that Pakistan Cricket Board Chairman Shahryar Khan had said that Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has offered to host a cricket series against Pakistan.

“I will oppose India’s offer of inviting Pakistan to the country,” said the interior minister. “I will raise the matter with Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.”

He also said that Shiv Sena is a terrorist organization.

The interior ministry stated that PCB Chairman Shahryar Khan and ex-former foreign minister Khursheed Kasuri were mistreated in the neighbouring country.

“The Indian government is involved in the mistreatment of foreign nationals,” he slammed.

On the other hand, the PCB chairman said that the side wants to tour India but it is not suitable under the present circumstances.
