No room for technocrat set-up in country, says Zardari
Addressing a ceremony at Bilawal House here on Tuesday, Asif Ali Zardari said this is the first instance that the opposition is standing with the government, for the sake of democracy.
He said that the opponents are not getting a chance to topple the government, because of Peoples Party and soon these ‘bubbles’ will be finished.
The PPP co-chairperson criticized the former PPP member and NA-149 candidate, Amir Dogar, saying that whoever left PPP, he could never find a place elsewhere.
He said, “Dogar did not even keep the word of his father”.
He said that the former Chief Justice returned a prime minister of ours to home and tried the other, adding that the apex court remained a hurdle in the way of progress during the past PPP-tenure.
On this occasion, the former President announced that soon Asifa and Bakhtawar Bhutto will also enter into the mainstream politics.
