Notorious outlaw Mehfoozulllah alias Bhaloo was killed in an exchange of fire with a police party at Katti Pahari, police sources said.
Police ordered him to surrender but he opened fire and was killed in counter fire of the policemen, sources said.
The government of Sindh has announced Rs. one million bounty for the policemen who killed Mehfoozullah Bhaloo.
Mehfooz alias Bhaloo was allegedly running a drug den. In a media talk last year Bhaloo had claimed his innocence and also offered his assistance to the law enforcement agencies against terrorism incidents in Karachi.
