PAF airstrike in Khyber Agency leaves several terrorists dead: ISPR

RAWALPINDI: Several terrorists were killed in an airstrike carried out by Pakistan Air Force (PAF) in Khyber Agency on Tuesday night, ARY News reported.

A release by Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) stated that jet fighters of PAF targeted terrorist hideouts in Rajgal area of Khyber Agency on late Tuesday night, killing several terrorists.

Several militants were reported injured in the airstrike as well whereas a militant hideout was also destroyed, the statement said.

Sources mentioned that the most of the slain terrorists were suicide attackers.

It should be noted that armed forces have stepped up their operations against terror outfits in the country following the surge in terrorist attacks in the country.
