According to details, Air Chief Sohail Aman led a formation of fighter jets which pounded several militant hideouts in the tribal area as part of the ongoing Operation Zarb-e-Azb.

The Pakistan Air Force (PAF) Chief also met with the air and ground staff and lauded their services to the country.

He expressed his determination to root out terrorism from the country.
“PAF had played a key role in the War of 1965 and is now playing its part in Operation Zarb-e-Azb”, PAF chief said.
“It will prove to be invincible and effective force in the future as well”, he added.
