Pakistan, Afghanistan face same security challenges: PM

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has said on Saturday that Pakistan wants good relations with all neighbors including Afghanistan, ARY News reported on Saturday.

Speaking in joint press briefing with Afghan President Ashraf Ghani after a session of talks, Pakistan’s Prime Minister said that Pakistan and Afghanistan facing same security challenges.

President Ashraf Ghani said that Pakistan is a partner in peace in Afghanistan. He said that the people of both countries want peace, prosperity and development.

Earlier, Prime Minister Sharif warmly recieved President Ghani. A smartly turned contingent of armed forces present guard of honour to the Afghan President. National anthems of the two countries were also played on the occasion.
