According to details, the Think Tank Forum of Muslim States held a ceremony at the President House, in recognition of the decisive action taken by the Pakistan Army against terrorism.
During the ceremony, the think tank forum comprising of representatives from Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Iran, Bangladesh, Egypt, Azerbaijan, Malaysia and Sudan, bestowed the Pakistan Army with the Istanbul Award.
The forum holds its meeting twice a year, while the Pak-China Institute, Senate Committee on Defense and the Turkish Center for Strategic Studies cooperated for the session held in Islamabad.
