Pakistan Army releases ‘Sisters in Arms’ video to honour female soldiers
“Sisters in Arms”, produced by Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), documents the role of women in the armed forces of the country.
Deputy Commandant of Combined Military Hospital Rawalpindi Brigadier Nigar Johar in the interview said that she and born and raised in the country and there is no comparison to it.
She also said that Pakistan Army is the only force in Muslim countries which has had female general officers.
An female aeronautical engineer serving in the Pakistan Air Force, in the video, says that the country and its people are hers.
A fighter pilot stated that she finds bombing missions interested.
Major Wajiha Arshad said that it is easiest for a female to work in Pakistan. She was trained on how to handle different kinds of weapons.
