Pakistan condemns yesterday’s killing of 43 in Beirut twin blasts

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan on Friday condemned the horrific twin suicide bomb blasts that took place in Beirut yesterday, killing at least 43 people, according to a statement by the Foreign Office (FO).

On Thursday evening, twin blasts hit Beirut, Lebanon, which killed at least 43 people and injured dozens.

In the statement, the FO spokesperson said, “We extend our heartfelt condolences to the brotherly people and government of Lebanon and pray for the speediest recovery of those injured in this barbaric attack.”

It further added that Pakistan reiterates its condemnation of terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.
