Secretary of Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) Rana Mujahid expressed hope that team will perform well in the event to successfully defend the title.
While addressing a press conference on Thursday,Rana Mujahid said coaches have worked hard with the player believing that players will not disappoint them. He asked nation to pray for the success of the team.
According to sources, Pakistan hockey team will leave for South Korea at 11:30 P.M. from Lahore.
Pakistan has been placed in Group B along with India, Oman, China and Sri Lanka.
Pakistan will take on Sri Lanka on September 20, China on September 21, India on September 25 and Oman on September 27.
Prior to group matches Pakistan will play three practice match against South Korea, Japan and Bangladesh.
