Pakistan plays Australia in Hockey Champions Trophy

BHUBANESWAR: Pakistan takes on Australia in their Group A match of the Hockey Champions Trophy in Indian city of Bhubaneswar on Tuesday, ARY News reports.

It should be noted that Pakistan has lost both of its Hockey Champions Trophy matches. They were defeated by Belgium 2-1. The South Asian side received a hockey lesson as they were thrashed 8-2 by England with seven goals being scored in the first half.

Captain Mohammad Imran has said that the losses have not brought down the morale of the camp. He has said that the team wants to get back in the winning ways by beating the Kangaroos.

The match will start 05:00 P.M local time.

England faces Belgium whereas India will square off against Netherlands in the other matches of the day.
