According to Radio Pakistan, Aziz raised concerns over India’s supersonic interceptor missile test and said that it will unsettle the balance of power in the region.
It should be noted that India test fired its newly-developed missile interceptor which can destroy any incoming missile.
He added that the country will raise the matter on the international fora.
Aziz went on to say that Pakistan is well aware of its defensive capabilities and will keep upgrading it.
The prime minister’s special assistant claimed that India is cooperating with the United States as Washington believes that a strong India is important to contain China.
