ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan on Thursday said Pakistan is determined to root out menace of terrorism from its soil.
The interior minister was speaking to British High Commissioner Thomas Drew who called on him. During the meeting, they discussed range of isssues including bilateral relations, regional and security issues.
Nisar said that terrorism does not only affect a single country but also endangers world peace. He urged the international community to play its role in war against terrorism.
Thomas Drew condemned the recent wave of terrorism including the bomb attacks in the country and expressed deep sorrow and grief over the loss of precious lives.
He appreciated the sacrifices of Pakistan in the war against terrorism ans said that the UK will extend all possible support and cooperation.
