Pakistani civilian killed in Indian firing on LoC

ISLAMABAD: A woman was killed when India’s Border Security Forces (BSF) opened unprovoked fire at the Line of Control on Friday, ARY News reports.

According to sources, India opened fire at Line of Control (LoC) Rawalakot due to which a 42 year-old woman was killed while her husband and two daughters were injured.

Security agencies have stated that a mortar shell was fired by the Indian forces which hit the woman’s house.

It should be noted that Indian forces launch unprovoked attacks of Pakistan on important days.

Pakistan lodged its protest with India over the issue by summoning the Indian High Commissioner to the Foreign Office.
