As per customs regulations, this much amount cannot be whisked away by a traveler and that too, undisclosed. An inquiry into the matter has been initiated and Ayyan has been booked under the offense of money laundering.
As per the law, only $10,000 can be carried by a traveler traveling from Pakistan to abroad and authorities should be informed in advance regarding that amount.
