The drugs were seized after an operation by the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) at the airport. An ANF source said that the passengers named Mushtaq Ahmed hailed from Gujrat and intended to smuggle the narcotics to Europe.
The luggage of the passenger was checked after which a huge quantity of heroin was seized from his possession. More than two kilograms of heroin was seized had a value of Rs. 20 million in the international market.
