The MQM Chief also expressed his heartfelt sympathies with the families who lost their loved ones in the attack. He said that every eye is tearful and every heart is sad due to the heinous attack.

“The nation should fully express unity by keeping their political, religious, social and ideological affiliations aside as now is the time to clean this country from Taliban militants”, said the MQM Chief.

He prayed to Allah to keep the country united, organized and rid the state from extremism and terrorism.

Rehman Malik, terming Peshawar Attack as a national tragedy, said that the terrorists who targeted innocent children are enemies of humanity.

At least 141 people including 132 children and nine staff members including the principal were killed when Taliban militants stormed Peshawar’s Army Public School.
