Earlier, the prime minister chaired a high level meeting which reviewed the security situation of the country.
Advisor on the National Security Lt. Gen. (retd) Nasir Khan Janjua gave briefing about the meeting with Indian National Security Advisor and Foreign Secretary in Bagkok last week.
The meeting also discussed the visit of Afghan President Ashraf Ghani to Pakistan and agenda of the Heart of Asia conference.
The meeting was attended by Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Advisor on the Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Tariq Fatemi, and Army Chief General Raheel Sharif.
