Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Army Chief Raheel Sharif along with other leaders of other countries attended the ceremony along with Khadim al Harmain Al Sharifain King Salman Bin Abdul Aziz al Saud.
Air drops, armour movement, air assault through helicopters is being performed by the troops taking part in the exercises. Live fire by tanks is also being demonstrated.
The exercises are being held in Saudi Arabia jointly by twenty-one countries including the five Gulf countries and Pakistan. The exercises started on 14th of last month, mainly focused on training to meet the challenges of terrorism.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif attended dinner hosted by King Salman bin Abdul Aziz al Saud in honour of the heads of states and governments of 21 countries on Wednesday night.
