PM is going London to meet Zardari, claims Aitzaz

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan People’s Party Senator Aitzaz Ahsan has claimed that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is heading to London not for a medical check-up, but to meet PPP co-chairperson Asif Ali Zardari, ARY News reported.

The senior PPP said that Mr. Sharif was going London to mark his presence at Zardari’s place ‘for discussing an important issue.’

Ahsan also critically responded to Interior Minister Chaudhary Nisar’s claims, saying “it seems I have taken on the nerves of Nisar.”

Earlier in a day, the statement was issued saying the PM would leave for London to undergo medical check-up.

Before his departure, Hussain Nawaz – son of PM Sharif – also held a detailed meeting with him reportedly regarding Panama Papers and future strategy of Sharif family.

Hussain has also left for Dubai to meet some important figures and later he will also fly to London.
