ISLAMABAD: Despite tall claims of serving country’s populace, Pakistan’s Prime Minister has failed to nominate heads for some of the key institutions, ARY News reported.

According to details, the departments that need a head include Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA), National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA), National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO), Election Commission, APP, Printing Corporation of Pakistan (PCP), Radio Pakistan, National Fertilizer Company (NFC), Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and others.

Moreover, federal government has even not appointed 22 grade secretaries in key ministries. Election Commission is without a chief for about a year and now even secretary EC, Ishtiaq Ahmed Khan’s tenure too has ended.
