PM Nawaz has bought ECP, says Imran

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has termed Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) as “B-wing of Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N)”, ARY News reported.

In a presser at his Bani Gala residence here on Wednesday, Imran Khan said that ECP is a malicious organization which has been bought by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.

“PTI will take part in the elections that will be supervised under this controversial election commission and the party will take to the streets if the organization does not improve itself”, Khan said.

He asked that why Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is willing to compromise on national reputation when Himachal Pradesh’s Chief Minister himself does not want to host the country for the World Twenty20.

“Have Najam Sethi and Shahryar Khan forgotten how they were treated in India”, Khan asked.

“I will watch Pak-India World T20 match in the neighboring country if staged in Kolkata”, he added.
