PM Nawaz leaves for Turkey today

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif is scheduled to visit Turkey tomorrow (Friday) to exchange views with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on the situation relating to Yemen.

This was agreed during the Prime Minister’s telephonic conversation with the Turkish President Tuesday.

Given the cordial relations between Pakistan and Turkey and the personal rapport between the leadership of the two countries, the Prime Minister and the President of Turkey will also discuss how the two countries could be helpful in addressing the issue.

Mr. Sharif will hold talks with Turkish leadership on the emerging situation in the Middle East.
