PM Nawaz to depart to China on Friday, tells FO

During weekly media briefing the FO Spokesperson, Tasneem Aslam said that PM’s visit to China will help extending Pak-China bilateral ties a way further. She told that the two friendly states will sign different agreements in the energy sector.

Speaking about foreign secretary level talks between Pakistan and India, Miss Aslam said that negotiations are a need of the region as well as the two neighboring states, Pakistan seeks resolution of all the issues through peaceful dialogue.

Commenting on the report of US Defense Department, the FO Spokesperson said, “We have informed the US Ambassador about our reservations on it”.

She also said that the Operation Zarb-e-Azb will be continued until the eliminations of all the terrorist elements from the country, while the newly elected Afghan President, Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai will soon visit Pakistan.
