PM Nawaz wants to visit my place, says Imran Khan

ISLAMABAD: Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) Imran Khan revealed on Monday that Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif wanted to visit him some days ago, ARY News reported.

Imran Khan disclosed this during his address to participants of Azadi March in Islamabad tonight and said PM Nawaz had sent a messenger to him [Imran Khan] to schedule a meeting at his residence.

PTI Chief said he turned down his proposal declining to quit his demand of PM’s resignation.

Speaking to ARY News, Bureau Chief Islamabad Sabir Shakir informed that when protests were at peak and situation was tensed, in the mid of October, PM Nawaz expressed wish to hold meeting with Imran Khan to end the deadlock but Imran Khan denied his offer.
