PM summons key meeting on Peshawar school attack

PESHAWAR: Prime Minister, Nawaz Sharif has summoned a multi-party conference at the Governor House, Peshawar on Wednesday [tomorrow], ARY News reported.

According to details, the premier summoned the meeting to have a detailed review of the situation after the Peshawar school attack.

National leaders will hold consultation during the meeting on the Operation Zarb-e-Azb, in order to cope with terrorism menace in the country.

PM Nawaz tasked Information Minister, Pervez Rasheed and Finance Minister, Ishaq Dar to invite the parliamentary leaders for participating in the meeting, which will take place at 11 30 am.

Meanwhile, Ishaq Dar has said that the chief of the ruling party [Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf] in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), Imran Khan will also be invited for the meeting.
