Police shoots dead two youths in ‘fake encounter’

KARACHI: Police on Sunday shot dead two youths after they did not stop their motorbike upon an indication by the patrolling team and termed the incident as an encounter, ARY News reported.

Non-compliance of police orders snatched the right to live from two youngsters in Karachi.

According to details, a patrolling team of Bahadurabad police station, around 2 am on Sunday, signaled two youngsters Danish and Ali to stop their motorbike.

Upon non-compliance of command, duty cops opened fire at the youngsters killing both Danish and Ali on the spot.

Police initially tried to portray the incident as an encounter.

However, initial investigation and eye-witnesses’ account revealed the truth leading to the arrest of five cops including the in-charge of patrolling team.
