An Anti-terrorism court (ATC) on July 21 has given Akhtar to police authorities on a four-day physical remand till July 25.

Sindh High Court had turned down Akhtar’s bail plea after his application, in Dr Asim Hussain terror facilitation case, attracted an objection from the court.

The Karachi court also rejected Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) leader Anis Qaimkhani’s bail application in the same case, asking him to contact the trial court.
