PPP always opposed division of Sindh: Khursheed Shah

SUKKUR: Oppostion leader in National Assembly and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) stalwart Syed Khursheed Shah said on Friday that Sindh is a unit and will remain one, ARY News reported.

Answering a question about Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM)’s demand for a new province in Sindh, Shah said that it is MQM’s political decision.

About Indian aggression on borders, PPP leader was of the view that government of Pakistan should send diplomatic delegations to friendly countries to highlight the sensitivity of the issue, given that Pakistan too is a nuclear state. He further criticized Pervez Musharraf for his  statement on Indian media.

When asked about Kashmir, he said that if seven hundred thousand Indian forces can occupy Kashmir, patriotic Pakistanis can outnumber them with no difficulty.

Khursheed Shah was talking to media at the  Sukkur airport.
