PPP leader Qadir Patel reaches Karachi

KARACHI: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Qadir Patel, one of the accused in terrorists facilitation case, arrived in Karachi from Dubai on Tuesday night after being summoned by Rangers, ARY News reported.

Former federal minister Dr Asim Hussain, in the case pertaining to providing medical assistance to terrorists, had named Qadir Patel, who reached Karachi on Tuesday after being summoned by Rangers.

Asked about Dr Hussain, Patel lamented the practice of leveling allegations in politics. He claimed to have met the former minister once or twice.

It is mandatory to note here that Patel has already been on bail in the case.

Qadir Patel further said that one is not scared of anything provided there is no burden on his conscience.
