He said the decision has been taken on directives of Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.

“PPP believes the demands of the Pakistan Kissan Ittehad are just. It was PPP, which in its previous tenure uplifted the country’s agri sector and by the year 2010, Pakistan was a big exporter of sugar and wheat,” he said.

He was addressing an exigent press conference at PPP Media Cell, Sindh. He was flanked by PPP Sindh Coordination Committee chief Nisar Ahmed Khohru, member Rashid Husain Rabbani, labour adviser Senator Saeed Ghani, Senator Ajiz Dhamra, Waqar Mehdi, Habibuddin Junaidi, Lateef Mughal and Fida Hussain Dhakkan.

On the issue of Indian-Occupied Kashmir, Kaira said that the situation in the valley was very devastating and the Indian troopers had not only martyred hundreds of innocent Kashmiris but have also raped innocent Kashmiri women.

Speaking on the issue of corruption, money laundering and shift of country’s wealth to off-shore companies, he said that the issue could be settled in just one day provided that the incumbent federal government allows the bill to get passed, which the opposition has tabled in the national assembly. However, if the incumbent federal government would enforce its bill only on the basis of simple majority in the national assembly, then the opposition would also be free to take its own course of actions and would be free to choose any of many options.

He said that India is going crazy with the mania of war but we should avoid developing the same mania but if India would wage a war against Pakistan, PPP would be at the fore front with the nations to defend the country.

He also slammed federal finance minister for taking immediate notice of Bahamas Leaks as the later has placed an order for the probe while he failed to show any responsible stance on the issues of Panama leaks.
