PPP workers slam Mirza for Zardari-bashing

HYDERABAD: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) activists on Thursday staged a demonstration against former home minister, Zulfikar Mirza for criticizing the PPP co-chairman, Asif Ali Zardari, ARY News reported.

Hundreds of PPP activists gathered outside the Hyderabad Press Club and chanted slogans against former home minister, Zulfikar Mirza. The protesters expressed their complete solidarity with PPP co-chairman, Asif Ali Zardari.

Addressing the demonstration, PPP leader, Maula Baksh Chandio said that Mirza has no longer been friendly towards the party and those who wish to see the Peoples Party united will not heed on such things.

Other speakers demanded Zulfikar Mirza to apologize Asif Ali Zardari and warned of extending the scope of protest if he did not do so.
