Prime Minister convenes high-level meeting in Murree

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has convened a high-level session in the resort town on Muree, ARY News reported.

The six-hour long meeting is expected to discuss the progress of the government since the last three  years, and the strategy and planning for the upcoming two years of the government’s tenure.

The meeting will discuss in detail the progress of several mega-projects including the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), motorways and energy projects, and ensure their timely completion by 2018.

Sources revealed that a decision on the expansion and the reshuffling of the federal cabinet is also expected. The progress of the ministers will be evaluated and it will be decided whether they should be retained or might end up losing their position.
