Later, PSP UK leaders Ghulam Nabi Amir, Farhan Raja, Mirza Faisal Mahmood, Muhammad Ali and Zahir Jibbar briefed print and electronic media regarding today’s protest against Altaf Hussain.

Former President Pervez Musharraf in an interview with ARY News on Sept 14 has expressed fears of the possibility that the top leadership of the MQM could be in contact with the Indian intelligence agency Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), but denied that the entire party could be RAW agents. He also denied that Altaf Hussain had ever expressed a desire to visit Pakistan during his tenure.
