PTI not allowed for any infraction: PM’s spokesperson

ISLAMABAD: The Prime Minister’s spokesperson Dr. Musadiq Malik on Tuesday said the PTI had not forwarded a written request for its rally in Islamabad on November 30, ARY News reported.

The PTI cannot be allowed to violate rules and break laws, he said in a press conference at Prime Minister House here.

He said protection of citizens’ lives was the responsibility of the government. The measures adopted by the government had brought down inflation, he added.

Dr. Malik informed that Pakistan would discuss vital issues including Energy, Economy and Security through SAARC summit currently being held in Nepal. He hoped that regional countries would enhance cooperation with each other through SAARC platform.
