PTI lost NA-246 due to ‘indiscipline’: PAT

FAISALABAD: Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) leaders while commenting on the recently concluded NA-246 by-polls said that PTI lost the election due to ‘indiscipline’ between party ranks in Karachi, ARY News reported.

Speaking in an event here on Thursday, PAT chief organizer Muhammad Hanif and Punjab President Basharat Aziz Jaspal that indiscipline and mismanagement cost PTI the NA-246 by-election.

Besides calling PTI ‘unorganized’, the PAT leaders also criticized MQM workers’ violence after winning the by-election by remarking that MQM will have face a tough task in future if they do not change their behaviour.

Hanif and Jaspal told media that party chief Tahir-ul-Qadri will arrive in Pakistan before May 25 to observe the first anniversary of martyrs of Model Town tragedy.

“Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri will also take to streets to demand justice for the martyrs”

The first anniversary of Model Town incident will fall on June 17, 2015.

Eleven workers of PAT were killed and over 100 people were injured in the June 17 clash between police and PAT workers.
