PTI rejects Musaddiq Malik's statement about Nov 30 rally

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) has rejected the statement of the PM’s Spokesperson, Musaddiq Malik pertaining to PTI rally on November 30, ARY News reported.

In a statement issued on Tuesday, PTI spokesperson, Dr Shireen Mazari said that Tehreek-i-Insaf had submitted a written request to the deputy commissioner (DC) Islamabad, Mujahid Sherdil seeking permission for the rally in Islamabad on November 30.

She also claimed to have the stamped copy of the request.

Mazari said that the statement of PM’s Spokesperson in which he said that PTI did not consult the Islamabad administration, indicates his lack of knowledge of affairs.

The statement further read that a delegation of PTI members also held a meeting with the DC Islamabad and its documentary evidence also lies with the party.

Moreover, Shireen Mazari suggested Malik to confirm things prior to issuing any statement.
